Upon arriving luggage taken to room,excellent accommodation,large room with two very comfortable chairs,very large and comfortable bed.Very good choice for breakfast well cooked,nice touch with toasted muffins.Very nice surprise every day when arriving back ,homemade cake waiting in you room,very acceptable

Absolutely lovely stay. Fresh cake in your beautifully clean room as you arrive. Fantastic breakfast. Great bike store. Sandi and Brian perfect hosts. Nice big airy rooms. Brian gave us great biking routes too!More

Don’t hesitate to press the “book” button on this superb B&B. The beds are really comfy; the breakfasts delicious and varied; the position excellent for the bus and train stations. Sandy and Brian are really friendly and helpful.

Hi Vicky Yes, The Old Vicarage is ideally situated for Barnstaple town centre, being in a quiet location in its' own grounds but only a few minutes walk from the High St.
