Stayed for a night with our 9 month old. Travel cot fitted into a family room fine and everything was very clean. Superb double bed too. Location was very handy as it's just off the main link road and parking was ample and free

This is a reasonably new building on the way in to Barnstaple. The staff were really good, interactive and friendly. However their excellent service was let down by the building itself. The floor in room 59 creaked and groaned with every step in every place. In fact so much so, I went downstairs to see if there was a room...

We stayed here for the first time. We arrived on the Friday last afternoon. The hotel was pretty full which is always a good sign. Apon check in the staff was friendly and welcoming. Was shown where to go and asked if I would like to book a table in the restaurant. Went to our room which was a family...

I had pre-booked and paid for 2...

At Somersault festival down the road, we were soaked after days and rain and sleepless night on the ground, despite our many comfort layers and even sheepskin rugs! However we caved in and headed here on our final day and luckily there was a room. Yes at that stage we'd have been grateful for pretty much anything but I have...

We stayed here as a family recently and were very happy with our room. It was a fair size, very clean, and the large tv and en suite bathroom were great. Staff were very helpful and pleasant, but where it fell down was the difficulty we had getting to sleep because of the ingress of noise from the room above...

Hard to say anything about Premier Inns, they are all good and the service is always of the highest level. We love staying in Premiers when we are travelling and this time we stayed in the Premier at St Austell ( ask for a sea view ) and here in Barnstaple. The evening meal in The Premier was excellent for...
