Lovely staff, helpful for local information. Especially Tracy, went the extra mile. Would stay again. A little way out of Barnstaple but is possible to bus in. No lift but better on first floor. Nothing worse than people walking about until the early hours.

There is no secure cycle sheds but guests can put them in their room. The nearest pub is about a 10 min walk from the hotel.
