Great location for meetings I had in the area. Customer service from all of the team was outstanding. The hotel was fantastic, room was perfect. I would like to give a special mention to Vanessa and the team at the pub which is attached to the hotel. Customer service was excellent, very attentive staff, nothing was to much trouble. Will be back soon.

Spent 3 nights here and wanted to give special mention to the staff who were courteous friendly and very professional throughout our 3 night stay. Any questions or requests were dealt with promptly and efficiently. The COVID protocols were clearly signed and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Well done all.

Just returned home from a 2 night stay. Check in was quick and hassle free. The reception staff were very polite and told us everything we needed to know. The room was a little tired and in need of an update if I'm honest. The bed was comfy but the kids beds/sofa bed was rock hard. My husband noticed a red/brown stain on his pillow when he happened to clock the inside of his pillow case. The chair in the room had some soiled patches on it and the towel rail in the bathroom was quite a bit rusty which was quite off putting. The hotel was very quiet and was in a good location. We booked breakfast for both mornings and even though the restaurant staff seem to work efficiently, the food was cold.

We recently had a couple of rooms here for an overnight following a late evening arrival into Manchester airport. We like Premier Inn for a consistently good overnight stay. We weren’t disappointed. Modern rooms ......although they were on different floors. A good night’s sleep before our onward journey. Just what we needed. And the added bonus of £31 per room. Fantastic deal.

The room was clean and comfy. However we had a issue with the window. During the night we couldn't sleep because of passing traffic and the room was freezing! We tried to close the window but it wouldn't shut..
