My husband and myself joined friends for a short break over New Year, we were told not to expect too much of the hotel and unfortunately, it did live down to our expectations. In fairness to the management and staff, who worked really hard throughout the holiday, the place was kept very clean, the food quite pleasant, and the service quite efficient, although it did take 3 attempts to get extra pillows, our requests seemingly falling on deaf ears. The hotel itself though is very tired and the rooms are old fashioned and cramped - particularly ours which had been converted from one room into two, but still housed two beds - one single and one seemingly 3/4 sized, with a very small toilet and shower (although there were smaller ones). The partition wall was not sound proofed and we were treated to the sound of snoring throughout the night, followed by a mobile 'phone ringing repeatedly from 7am onwards for half an hour. We did however have a sea view - so not all bad! Catering mainly it seems to coach parties for the older generation, we are perhaps not ready to appreciate this type of holiday and will not be returning in the foreseeable future.

My wife and I along with a coach party stayed on a mon /fri holiday. From the min we arrived to a welcoming drink we were treated like members of the family. The food had a choise of 3 for all 3 courses good quality well cooked and very little waiting. Nothing was to much trouble for our Asian hosts ask and u got it !!With the evening entertainment they joined in and at the same time still served at the bar with fair priced drinks.
