Dave and Jen really make you feel at home and go out of their way to assist. Room was excellent, breakfast great and location 1 minute from the beach

Nine of us stayed here 2nd October for one night. Rooms are immaculately clean, breakfast was excellent. The location is really good, just a few minutes walk from the prom and the main street. Breakfast normally starts 08.30. I asked if we could have breakfast at 08.00 - No problem. Would definitely stay here again

Having travelled extensively around the UK, I can safely say that this hotel is one of the very best in terms of comfort, cleanliness, service and value for money. Dave and Jen were marvellous hosts who were very amenable to requests and provided a great deal of local knowledge. Breakfasts were superb and though only a stone's throw from the...

Stayed for two nights at this delightful B&B. This is a very homely place run by a really nice couple who are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great. The room was beautifully clean with a lovely shower room. Wifi bit dodgy in the bedroom but were offered the use of their own laptop in the lounge which was great!...

We were so impressed with this lovely little hotel in the town centre of Paignton. It was easy to find. A minute's walk from the shops and beach and about 3 minutes away from the bus and train stations. The hosts were very welcoming and offered lots of advice about places to eat and things to do. Breakfast was freshly...

Right from the stary we were treated with great warmth & courtesy. The hotel was ultra clean and well presented and our room was no exception. Common access areas were great as was the location - very near to both the beachfront and the main shopping & eating areas, but sufficiently removed to be quiet. Just a short walk to...

The room was decent and well sized, and it was nice to have some sweets in the room and bed lights by both sides of the bed. The bathroom was okay. Breakfast was alright and the hosts were pleasant. It was nice to have yogurt and fruit available in addition to the normal fry up. Some attention to cleanliness/make up...

A lovely pleasant B&B. Breakfast was great, cereals, toast, full English, continental offered if required. On arrival we were served tea and biscuits and then left to our own devices. The weather was mixed lovely and mild not to far to walk to the local shops, amenities and the beach.

The TV had many channels but had a very small screen for this old lady.Stairs , no elevator, but you could ask for a first (one above...

We visited this hotel for the August bank holiday weekend and found the hotel to be excellent. The room was spotless and extremely comfortable with everything you could need. The hotel was very quiet, allowing a good night's sleep on a very comfortable bed. There was a good range of choices for breakfast which was freshly cooked and served hot....
