This Hotel is right on the promenade, the staff were very friendly. It is great for having a walk in the town or along the front. The room was very nice, comfortable and quiet, which we didn't think it would be as there was lots of people about. the staff were very helpful

I've stayed in multiple hotels in Douglas and every one is tired and rather grubby. This was an emergency booking (due to flight cancelled) and it was very good. Spacious room/bathroom that was clean and modern and a TV screen that I could actually see as it was about 21in! The only negative for me is that the blinds in...

We had problems getting a room for one weekend night and ended up at Admiral House by default. It worked out really well for us. Our room was an Executive Room on the third floor. It was very spacious with a large bed, side tables, desk and chair, TV, luggage rack, two seater sofa, two chairs, coffee table and still...

My husband and I stayed here in April 2016 as a base to stay while we visited family. The hotel was in a fantastic location, the bus stop was right outside and the views where outstanding. The staff are wonderful they are friendly always smiling, hard working and cannot do enough to make your stay more relaxing. We had an...

IGIs café bar - part of the Admiral House Hotel - has a nice continental-feel sitting-out area. Service is efficient and friendly. However, the snack menu is very limited, unless you're fond of ready-made sandwiches. We opted for toasties, and they managed to be both dry and soggy, with no salad garnish - just a few crisps. The coffee, however,...

The hotel is in an excellent location for the sea terminal, town centre and all other local transport. Assuming you have a sea view, it is perfection. The Suite's are really very nice. The breakfast was excellent and all staff I came in to contact with were very nice. The accommodation could do with some repair some doors are worn...

Me and my partner stayed here last December 2015 and we were pleased with the choice of the hotel. The location was fantastic, right on the seafront with the sea view room. The room was very clean and staff were helpful. We also had breakfast included, which was very nice. They had a nice continental selection as well as cooked...

Smooth check in, a very spacious room with a comfy bed and a huge bathroom. Front desk staff seemed uninterested I could smell gas in the reception. I worked late and was looking forward to a sleep in only to be woken at 6.50am by the window cleaner 😡 Other than than the hiccup this place is nice, they do...

Stayed for three nights on business. While the hotel doesn't look much from outside, inside is a pleasant surprise. The hotel appears to have been renovated in recent years. I had a room on top floor - spacious, clean and nice touches for a three star hotel such as iron and ironing board in the room. Right on the promenade,...

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights . When we arrived at 9am we was fortunate enough that our room wasn't occupied and the kind man on the reception allowed us to check in early. He also went above and beyond by bringing us some tea and coffee to our room for us. Our room was a sea veiw...
