The corridors make for an interesting challenge to locate ones room - some may require a sat-nav !!! Wi-Fi in the rooms but could do with a...

All I can say is superb!!!!!!!! Rooms, staff, food and atmosphere perfect. Beautiful views and so much to see and do. Final prefect touch was the staff waving us off from the steps of the hotel. My mum and dad met on the Isle of Man 58 years ago and this was the prefect trip down memory lane.

We just returned after spending three nights in the hotel. We booked through Expedia which gave best rates. The hotel responded to my queries regarding parking promptly. The hotel is in the Loch Promenade and is in an excellent location. It is in walking distance from the sea terminal and the train station. The horse tram runs in front of...

Nicely situated on the promenade only a couple of hundred yards from the ferry terminal and close to shopping streets. Large Victorian building so expect lots of fire doors and narrow passages. Rooms to the front are large and have excellent view over Douglas bay. Apparently the rooms to the rear overlook a narrow rear alley. Disadvantage of the front...
