This is my second visit. Nothing is to much trouble. Rooms are spacious. Beds really comfortable and having an iron and ironing board was so helpful. I arrived at 10 am having caught an early morning flight from Gloucester. Room was ready . They provided hot snack. I left my tie behind. Two minutes later an assortment of ties arrived....

I have to agree with the comments of Maidstoneblue. I would like to add that he omitted to mention the friendly and professional service of the morning restaurant staff, down to remembering our idiosyncrasies, and those one the front desk who have been able to resolve all our needs. And thanks to the chefs, who nobody gets to see but...

I have stayed in many hotels throughout the world, but the service here is second to none. There is a perfect mix of professionalism and friendliness, from manager Tom Baggaley, to James and Ethan in the restaurant. I was only booked for mid-weeks, but Tim kept my suit and shirts in storage, arranged my laundry over the week-end and had...

Everything about this hotel screams 'Comfort' - good size rooms, comfortable chairs everywhere, comfortable and relaxed surroundings wherever you are. With a very clear Arts and Crafts theme this could appear dull and old fashioned - it is anything but! It is bang up to date with the food, IT in the rooms, service ... it is very good indeed!...

Stayed in the Regency for a 4 night business trip. The hotel is situated at the end of the promenade a short walk from the town centre. It is a very traditional hotel in an old style yet all the rooms are modern. My room was small with spacious ensuite, flat screen TV and mini bar with complimentary water and...

Enjoyed a lovely 3 night stay here. The food was very good the room was nice but we were in the annex. The thing that made this hotel stand our was the service. The staff were friendly helpful and very attentive. Nothing was too much trouble.

Located near the Electric Railway terminus on Douglas' promenade, we enjoyed comfortable accommodation, great service and lovely food at the Regency Hotel. Freshly cooked breakfasts were a highlight of our short break and we also had a superb dinner on one of the nights there.

Stayed here for 3 days on business. Room was clean and well equiped, tv, coffee plus fridge with free water or cold drinks. Ensuite bathroom was very clean and always had hot water for shower. Room was a bit small and in general too warm so slept with window open. Hotel in good location along promenade with free parking on...

This is one of the best hotels I've stayed in. The room was very comfortable and nicely presented. The staff are very attentive and accommodating. We came during the off-peak season so the price of our stay was cheap considering the quality of the rooms. Highly recommended if you ever visit the Isle Of Man.

I arrived at the Regency hotel on a wintry Sunday evening for my two-night stay. Checkin was quiet, my room all ready, and I was quickly unpacking. The room was spacious, had a separate "study" area and a good view of the sea. The first evening I had cod and chips in the bar. At that time I was the...
