A real find for those looking for a B&B to break the journey to or from the West Country. Deserves every one of its five stars and if you want a bit of extra privacy then the Brent Suite has it - along with a state of the art bathroom! Half-way Heaven 10 minutes off the M5 at J22.

Stayed at the Burton Row for 3 days at the beginning of August 2012 and I have to report that we had a lovely time. The building itself is beautiful & well equipped with ample car parking and is located in a picturesque area next to Brent Knoll. Although the immediate locality is quiet, it is well located for exploring...

We have just returned from staying at Burton Row Farm House, what a fantastic time we have had!! Our trip was absolutely faultless, and we will definitely be returning!!! Our room was perfect and decorated beautifully, not to mention spotlessly clean. Linda and her husband made us very welcome, it felt like a home-from-home. Breakfast was delicious and cooked to...

We wanted to break a long journey to the far end of Cornwall and Burton Row Farmhouse seemed roughly 50% of the way. What a happy coincidence. We loved it! It could have been the warm welcome from Linda, or the contrast of the gorgeous olde worlde beamed farm cottage with state of the art boutique bedrooms. Maybe it was...

AMAZING B&B,simply the best we have ever stayed in. Linda and her husband made us feel so welcome. We were in the suite and it was just perfect. Every little detail was in place, from water to fruit, soft drinks and chocolates. Big white fluffy bathrobes to use to go to the hot tub ( so nice last thing in the...

I cannot recommend this gem of a place enough, I only wish we had spent longer there. The decor is absolutely stunning and you feel like you're being spoilt from the moment you arrive. Linda is such a perfect hostess that you feel like you've made a friend, she has such a warmth to her. So many little touches make...

What a great B&B we were greeted by Linda the owner and offered tea and cake after being shown our room which was clean and cosy with good ensuite. Breakfast was super and tasty. We were going to a wedding in Brent Knoll and my partner had forgotten his belt but no problem as Linda found a brand new one...

We stayed two nights in the larger room. The room was excellent and very pretty. It was full of thoughtful touches that you may like but not expect. Breakfast was excellent and cooked to our own requirements. We will be returning to use this as our Somerset base. We were made to feel very welcome and as others have already said...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Gorgeous B&B with all the trimmings. This old farmhouse has been transformed into a beautiful B & B of the highest standards. The rooms are exceptionally comfortable and cosy and they offer the best farmhouse breakfast I've had so far! You can't go past the sheltered outdoor hot tub that overlooks the fields. Simply an amazing stay. ... more   less
