My wife and i stayed here 16th to 18th November and had a great stay.
Really friendly young guy at reception when we arrived, check in was quick and easy.
The rooms have names not numbers, we were allocated Carnoustie on the first floor.
Great location in the centre of town within easy distance of everything the town has to offer. Very nice accommodation. Staff are very friendly and the bar and restaurant are bright, airy and contemporary. Great full buffet breakfast.
Great service and the food and portions were lovely! Had cajun chicken burger which was really tasty. Sweet potato fries were sublime. We only went in for food but if in the area make sure you stop by for some great food and friendly service!
Price/quality is in balance. Inside the hotel looks very old. It could need a freshening up.
The staff was very friendly and the food was very good. We only stayed for 1 night as we were passing through on motorbike.

A wealthy Chinese man who has a chain of hotels in locations which support package tour operators.
He also has a coach tour company.
We visited the hotel for a snack lunch today and found the staff in good spirits.
