We stayed in Oak cottage for a week, leaving today sadly. The cottages are beautiful, set in a lovely valley, very well equipped and comfortable. Cream tea left ready for our arrival, and immaculately clean. Our friends stayed in Holly Cottage and were also so very impressed. There is a games room to keep the children happy and shared gardens....

We stayed in Holly Cottage in April 2016 with our small dog. Arrival/check in was easy and when opened the door was greeted with a lovely clean smell. The cottage has everything you need and could ask for. Scones, jam and clotted cream and milk in the fridge was a lovely touch. Beds are comfortable. Great place to stay then explore....

We hired two of the cottages whilst attending a family wedding. The accommodation was 5* and the position and surroundings beautiful. The beds were really comfortable and bedding so warm and cosy. Has made me realise I need to change my bedding at home! The kitchen facilities were like home from home with everything you need and even had plastic...

We have stayed as a group for the last three years in these cottages. The standard is still excellent and the cottages remain fresh and so clean, with every creature comfort you could ever need on holiday. Highly recommended

We stay at Ettiford Farm Cottages on a regular basis as we have family nearby. Over the last couple of years we have stayed at all three cottages and they have been consistently of an excellent standard. They are warm, clean and comfortable with a little touch of luxury which is nice. The barbecue is a nice addition and the...

The farm is a really nice spot, and the hosts friendly. The welcome scones and clotted cream, coffee, tea and milk were a bonus! The cottage was warm and inviting and everything to a really high standard.

Clean and tidy, all the home comforts in a quite setting but close enough to all the beaches and towns in North Devon. Nice and warm when we arrived. Loved it perfect break for three families! Games room was fab. Modern fittings. My only complaint would be the bed wasn't brilliant small and uncomfortable.
