Me my grandma and my sisters stayed here for just over a week and we had so much fun, considering they are in the middle of redoing everything the staff are absolutely amazing and treat us so well! From the life guard who I made good friends with as he was absolutely lush to me and my sisters, to the bar staff and entertainments manager Steve and staff. Made us feel so welcome and and took the time out to have lots of conversations with us we really do recommend coming here and take the time to get to know the staff as I can assure you they will make your experience 100x better! The pool is big and great! The food there is lovely, the room we stayed in was clean and lovely too. We will definitely be returning and recommend anyone to stay here!!!😀😀😀😀

Room was not ready on arrival. 8pm got access to room which was not ready and had a horrific smell of rat urine. Behind the fridge were rat droppings and rat bait. Money was refunded but no alternative accommodation could be found which was unacceptable. I have photos. The room was also lacking in many items such as no cereal bowls, no TV, no dining chairs for the table etc.

Taking advantage of the good weather and a couple of days off work we booked 2 double apartments last minute. First observation was that the park was undergoing a huge refurbishment everywhere so looks a bit tatty. But everything was open, the pool, the bar the play areas were all recently refurbished clean and new. The rooms had literally just been completed so new beds new linens new bathroom new kitchen new floors and sofas etc and it all worked! While we didn’t spend a huge amount of time in the park my daughter and her friend used the pool and we watched the England game in the bar, there was a good variety of beers wines and other drinks available and the cost was cheaper than most of the pubs in the town. The staff we really lovely and helpful and for 2 apartments for 3 nights for under £400 we had a marvellous time.

Although the chalet was clean it clearly needed some maintenance. The tap for the shower/bath was broken and the blind did not work so outside could see you showering. The whole site could do with some improvements so I’m glad we only booked for 2 nights , not recommended for long stays .
