My partner, myself and 7 year old daughter came to Ilfracombe for a little break. The accommodation is very basic, we only went for the budget option so you get what you pay for. Very clean & has everything you need. The night time entertainment is great, my daughter loved joining in & one member of the team really stood...

The room was budget and you definitely get what you pay for, the fixtures and fittings are very dated but as we took my 5 month old baby i went over all of the surfaces with dettol spray and it was very clean. I think that's all you can really ask for when spending so little on a break. The...

Just stayed here for a long weekend with several families. The chalets are as small and economical as they can be but the on site pool, disco and games make it fun for kids. Good value no frills. I'd stay again. If you need bedding for the sofa bed you have to pick it up from reception and they only...

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your experience at our holiday park. With regard to the accommodation, no doubt you noticed that the park is in the midst of a complete re-vamp. 50% of the apartments are new, the clubhouse was totally rebuilt recently and many of the older chalets are being refurbished and brought up...

Hello Alison Thank you very much for leaving us such a fair and honest review, we really appreciate it. Your comments have been passed to all departments. Sadly, some of the poor reviews make it sound a lot worse than it really is. When we try to contact the writers of the bad ones to discover what exactly went wrong...

Our group was 4 adult ladies, originally we was offered a 1 bed chalet with a sofa bed, the chalet was small and didn't smell the freshest. We returned to the reception and was offered a bigger chalet straight away. Although the chalet was basic we was comfortable able to cook breakfasts. It's at the very top of a big...

Stayed in a Gold Apartment for a week (though I'd actually booked for a Gold Chalet - a very minor issue!) - the accommodation was OK, though the Microwave in the kitchen had not been cleaned. One night we decided to try the onsite restaurant the food I'd say was below average so we didn't use the restaurant again during...

Have been on several sun holidays over the last few years, and whilst I accept that on these bargain breaks you will be put in the most basic accommodation, this is far and away the worst we have had. There obviously hasn't been an inspection on the accommodation for some time! Facilities are basic and our room smelt damp and smokey. The carpet was filthy and I was pleased I read the reviews and took my own bedding and a bottle of bleach. Our room didn't have a shower which I would expect as standard in 2016. I would...
