Just returned from a visit to beautiful Tenby and one night stay at the Farnham Hotel. The small Guest House is spotless, our room on the second floor was medium size with decent size en suite and roomy shower cubicle. The bedroom had no view (which we were aware of) but had light and fresh air from the large bathroom window which could be opened fully. Large double bed with good quality bedding, (perhaps a touch too firm for us), TV, fridge, tea/coffee tray, bottle of water, etc made our stay a pleasant one. Breakfast was available as an extra for £7.50. The hotel is in a quieter residential area of Tenby but still quite near to the centre. Would return.

Ideally situated near to the sea front.
There is a multi storey car park very close by where you can park your car for £20 for the whole week.
Hotel spotlessly clean and has all the facilities you would expect.
Lovely breakfast.
Host Simon extremely pleasant Professional and accommodating.
Will definitely return.

Unlike some of the small hotels nearby the Farnham has been tastefully modernised. With a cheerful welcome from Simon, we were very happy with our room. (2). The size was perfectly adequate for the amount of time spent in it. Whoever said the king bed wasn't a king size must have a faulty tape measure ( who takes a tape measure on holiday?)
The door of the shower was stiff, but we weren't bothered.
Everything was clean and modern. Liked the fridge in the wall. Shame the ice machine didn't work as that's a good idea but not an issue.
Plugs by mirror, thank the lord.
Breakfast was plentiful but simple, however not overpriced and you could just decide the night before.
Parking now 10 pounds for 24 hours, bit pricey but convenient to hotel and beach.
Lastly, there was a lovely smell as you walked in. Fresh and clean. The sheets smelled great too.
All in all, highly recommend

All very clean. Very pleasant and helpful host. Steep climb to second floor bedroom. Bedroom door lock a bit rickety. Room fridge nice and cold. Due to Welsh COVID19 shut down was unable to have breakfast here on this occasion. Excellent, quiet location for access to town, access to beach and access to local large paid parking (£20 for 3 days). Some rooms advertised with king size bed, but ours was only ordinary double, so small, but otherwise very comfortable. Everything worked as it should :-)

What a wonderful place to stay!! This is all down to Simon who is nothing but an attentive and gracious host. We received a friendly and warm welcome and the room was spotlessly clean and was dotted with an array of small touches that made us feel at home. I knew we were onto a winner when I booked, as I immediately received an email from Simon to thank us for booking and to let him know if we needed anything extra before arriving. We can't wait to return, as I can guarantee we will be and very soon indeed

We arrived early in Tenby it was pouring down with rain so we asked Simon the owner could we check in earlier than the advised time of 2-30pm . He was only too pleased to allow us a earlier check in. We were shown to room 2 and upon opening the door was met by a absolutely stunning room very modern and lots of space. The separate bathroom was full of very tasteful decor. The bed was comfortable and large there was a small fridge in the room where we stocked our alcoholic drinks to keep cool.

The last time we stayed here was 9 years ago and therefore we decided to return again. We had a warm welcome from the host Simon on arrival, he was extremely helpful with our luggage and the breakfasts as always are delicious and quite filling. The room is very clean and tidy and the bed is very comfortable offering you a pleasant nights sleep. Also the boat ride over to Caldey Island is well worth the visit as there is plenty to see in Caldey Island also the Island Cruise we highly recommend it. As we had such a fabulous my wife and I have already booked up to return in September.

Lovely modernised guest house. Room with sea view was spotless and well equipped with tea coffee and a fridge. Bathroom was enormous! A very reasonably priced breakfast, no fry up but eggs available ( which is fine for me). Car park very close £10 for 24 hours which isn’t bad, although there is very limited free street parking you’re unlikely to find it free. A short walk to the beach and the town walls, restaurants etc. Big thank you to Simon who was a great host. Highly recommended.

We were amazed at the cleanliness and how modern this hotel was. Simon was so friendly and helpful and his covid safe steps are excellent. The location for Tenby town is perfect and the parking £7 per day is next door to the hotel. Stairs only and we were on the top so quite a lot of stairs FYI - the views were of the beach and sea but if stairs are a problem please be aware. There are lower bedrooms with less stairs to climb. Lovely.

We hadn't been back to Tenby since the late 80s and we loved it. The Farnham Hotel is very good; excellent host,Simon, and great breakfasts. Our room was comfortable and had every facility we needed. The only drawback was a very steep set of stairs up to the top floor but we know for the future.Tenby was great. We ate out at Plantagenet House on Friday evening which was excellent and again for Sunday lunch. On the Saturday evening we had a fine meal at the Blue Ball Restaurant. Highly recommend both of these restaurants but Tenby seems to be blessed with so many apparently good places to eat. The beaches are fantastic as they always were. Spotless. Overall we had a great three night break and felt safe and comfortable. Every establishment demonstrated a high degree of compliance with all the coronavirus restrictions and guidelines. Well done.

Hi , I'm sorry we do not accept pets or have any ground floor bedrooms.
Thank you for booking with us for your stay in Tenby next summer. Rooms 1 3 & 5 are sea view rooms 2 & 4 are non sea view. There can be confusion because older reviews ( prior to 2013 ) are not reliable due to changes in the building layout. The hotel website is a good source for the details of room types. I will contact you through your OTA to let you know further details of your stay.

Unfortunately very few. The Atlantic and The Giltar hotel are on the south side of Tenby and there are a few on the outskirts of the town in Heywood Lane.
