We were asked to pay the full price in CASH on arrival, the room though small and dated was exceptionally clean. We were surprised that the breakfast had to be ordered in advance and taken before 9am, though breakfast was very nice. Lots of rules and signs everywhere, except to say that the door was locked at 9.30. However, on... More

Travelled to Tenby August 2016. Stayed for 4 nights. Travelled with my 80 yr young mum and dad, also my partner and 12 yr old son. The hotel was exceptionally clean, breakfast was good and plentiful with the waitresses being very polite and attentive. Pam and Brian the owners cant do enough for you and made our stay more pleasant.

Whoever complains about the southcliff is a fool. We went as a family of 6 and had a double room and a family room. The rooms were very clean and the staff very friendly and professional. It is a very family friendly hotel where nothing is too much trouble. We have stayed here multiple times and will continue to do... More

Fantastic x We recently stayed here with our two toddlers for our "family moon". The owners Pam & Brian are just amazing and great hosts. The children were welcomed with juice and crisps (every day) there were teddies and books on their beds, the hotel is so child friendly. Your staff were very attentive at breakfast and lovely girls. So... More

Fantastic B and B. I went there with my wife and two young children. The owners Brian and pam really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The hotel is extremely child friendly. Brian and pam made huge efforts to welcome our children and for that we are truly grateful. Cheers

The hotel was fine for the few days we spent there, I'd read the previous reviews and knew what to expect. Brian and Pam run a tight ship - very clean and orderly. We were out most of the time so the size of the room didn't bother us, neither the fact that the wifi was intermittent. Breakfast had to... More

We have been visiting Tenby almost every year since 2003 on our family holidays. Half the reason why we keep returning is the fantastic service and friendly atmosphere the Southcliff Hotel offers. Pam, Brian, and all the staff are stellar. Brian is always there for a nice chat or advice about the local area, and Pam always ensures breakfast and... More

I stayed with my two children at the Southcliff for 4-5 nights at the end of July. I’ve split my review for the accommodation (which I would have rated average/good) and service (which I’ve had to rate from the owner as poor - although his wife and rest of the team as good). I’ve completed the overall rating as my... More

The Guesthouse was well looked after by Pam and Brian who are a very nice couple. The rooms were clean and tidy and the beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. A choice of full English or Continental breakfast every day. It was handy for the town and beaches, with plenty of parking near by. The only downside for me... More

Reviews were stating family friendly, which I hasten to add it was, but being the two of us I must say it wasn't at all noisy, it was very. Close to the beach, shops, cafe's and restaurants, it was well positioned, there is a good breakfast served between 8-9am, plenty of choice, There is no car parking, but, just around... More
