We booked a room at this hotel at the last minute on a journey to Wales and had not had chance to read any reviews. The location right on the cliff edge was lovely, but this meant that there was only a small car park adjacent to the hotel which was full. We were provided with free parking tickets at...

The location is superb ! it offers AMAZING views out to sea from the main public areas and we were lucky enough to have a sea view from our room. Yes the building itself needs a lot of love and maintenance, and is somewhat rough around the edges, but our room was clean and neat and offered us everything we...

We booked here for a last minute get away to Tenby. We paid £135 and I'm guessing that was because it was a Saturday night. For the price I must say I was a little disappointed. Corridors look a little worn down. The rooms were nicely decorated and the view from the windows out to see were fabulous. Bed was...

The hotel is obviously old and would benefit from a bit of tlc. But it has character and very quaint. It has excellent views from the dining room and is close to amenities. The food was very good and staff and service could not be faulted. On the down side the shower was very small and there was mould around...

Like a lot of reviews on here mine is similar. The views and location are first class as is the breakfast, included, and the dining area. Staff are courteous and hotel is clean. However there are areas within the hotel which need attention, namely the stair area which needs redecorating and recarpeting. The shower in our room had black mould which could...

Booked through their website and paid extra for a seaview last weekend in February. Tatty common parts but looked forward to seeing refurbished room as shown on their web page. Room 46 was appalling! In haste to get out I omitted to take a photo. Small room with seaview only if you stood at the window, which, by the way,...

We stayed here last week on a Mon-Fri Shearings trip. I have read a couple of reviews about the hotel being "freezing" but don`t understand this complaint as we were perfectly warm. The Hotel does need some re-vamping true, especially in the corridors but it was not enough to interfere with our stay. The food as the saying goes "is...

We must have stayed in about half of Shearings hotels over the last 12 years. This is a good hotel, built into the cliff and the walls of the old town. I'll list the positives and the negatives. we went as 2 couples and had standard rooms. POSITIVES - great staff - friendly and knowledgable - good location in Tenby...

Staff helpful and friendly throughout, without fussing. Room comfortable and cleaned beautifully. Plenty of choice of well cooked food, with customers' own choice of "sittings" daily,so no queueing. Dining room overlooks the beach,so spectacular views at mealtimes.

My husband and I went here w/c February 6th 2017 on a 4 night coach break with Shearings. The driver was Ian who was pleasant enough and his skills were great. The hotel is set literally in the side of the cliff wall and the views from the terrace and the dining room are amazing. The hotel has been updated...
