I spent 5 days at Shildon NRM museum with 20 friends. The restaurant was first class too and looked after us all superbly. No Doombar beer though. This was my 5 visit and...

Stayed at the Premier Inn Bishop Auckland last week, the room was immaculately clean and the staff warm and welcoming as usual. We always stay here whenever visiting family as it is always a lovely experience.

The staff were most welcoming, friendly, helpful and always had a smile. Checking in was efficient and smooth with no hassle, the room was clean, tidy and equipped to the expected level. The car parking area was litter free and well organised.

But what stands out is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. They are exceptional. Couple of things to be aware of (certainly in our room) : this Inn...

Clean and functional room with plenty of space. Parking right out side of the hotel. Breakfast is ridiculously good - all you can eat continental and cooked to order food. Great choice, great staff and a wonderful start to the day.

This is the second time we've stayed here and both times the staff were friendly and helpful. The room great and breakfast in the pub adjacent was excellent. There is a retail park directly over the road so it is very handy for shopping
