Not bad value if you just want a bed for the night, clean and has everything that you need, we found the beds a Little uncomfortable especially the sofa bed for our daughter, it was also under a window with a light from the car park pointing straight at it even with the blackout blinds it was so bright through...

I have stayed at this Premier Inn a few times, staff are always helpful & cheerful, rooms are immaculately kept & a good night's sleep is assured,a pub with restaurant adjoins the hotel & a varied menu is served. Hotel is handy for the Durham Dales,Locomotion at Shildon plus many more attractions in County Durham.

Swift check in due to internet booking. lovely room warm and clean. Pity about the bed frame/base big tears along the bottom runner, very dusty under the bed. Friendly helpful staff. Ample parking. Staff was at one time on her hands and knees scrubbing the entrance tiles with a scrubbing brush and soapy water, not just mopping up the foot...

One night, passing through stay. Room was very clean and tidy. Heating system very efficient, bathroom shower and bath effective. Staff friendly and helpful. Ideally situated for large shopping area that we needed. Can't beat it for value for money.

A very comfortable stay at a very reasonable price. The room was clean and the shower powerful. The normal wi fi is slow and inconsistent but the ultimate wi fi is very good, if a little pricey at £5 a day

Great people, great location, great value. I should not be rating the hotel so well so I can keep my secret. The rooms are extremely clean and my family feels safe in the hotel. The parking is well lighted. Best hotel in the area.

Stayed there during a family party. The front desk staff were excellent and considering it was the weekend before Christmas they kept the place quiet. There is a pub doing food and drinks 20 seconds walk away from the front door and plenty of free parking.
