This place is a complete dump. Never mind the pictures on the website what you get is much much worse. After checkin got ushered outside the hotel down a side street and told my 'room' is upstairs in the last council house on the right. Went along and room is tiny, filthy, mouldy with piss colored curtains and bed is...

The photos online of the rooms look ok. I booked this for a business trip with 7 colleagues. We were flying from Heathrow T5 at 7am, so decided to stay here to break up the journey. We had a lot of flight-cases with us. Upon arrival, we were ushered out of the building (that looks quiet nice) and were lead...

I have just spent 6 nights at this establishment. Intially had a problem finding the place, is in a small village called Lonford, near terminal 5 just off the A4. My room was in a what used to be a semi-detached house. It was clean but, very basic, 1 small wardrobe, twin beds, (no headboard). No tea/coffee making facilities, no...

First of all, this is a motel. Second, 2 stars?? Are you kidding me?? I did not stay even one night. give up when I saw that was across the street, in abandoned houses ... with shared bathroom, no WiFi, no TV! worst "hotel" I've ever seen. Run away of this place. Better stay at the airport..

The 'hotel' I stayed in was actually a random terraced house in the street next to the hotel. It genuinely was 'spot the hotel'. One foreign couple had been searching for half an hour so I went back with Her and the bloke came and showed is as his directions had been terrible. The house was filthy (see photos) and...

We stayed here for one night, we booked this hotel because it's close to the airport and the price included a free bus shuttle to the airport. When we arrived we was told the first two buses were full (we tried to book our spaces before we arrived over the phone but they insisted you have to book on arrival)...

It turns out, they have purchased a dozen or so deserted/abandoned semi-detached houses nearby, so no wifi, no security, no towels or toiletries in bathroom, carpets and decoration that have obviously never been renewed since the properties were built around 30-40 years ago. There was a kitchen with microwave and kettle, but when i opened the drawers to look for...

Only reasons we booked was the advertisement said free BUS shuttle to the airport. On arrival the man at the counter said we had too much luggage to take in the car and that there was no shuttle bus. We knew we could fit it in the car regardless but he said it wouldn't fit. When I asked if we...

The only reason you may consider staying here would be because of the locality to Heathrow Terminal 5 if you have an early morning flight. This is still not a good enough excuse to have to endure this 'hotel'. Upon arrival we went to the main reception area where we were greeted by a gentleman, although we arrived late and...

Staying here for a week, room clean, bed comfortable, small wardrobe., no TV or coffee making facilities. Bathroom clean, sparse, bath chipped, water very hot, bathroom door very damaged, says "fire door"but must be compromised. In all ideal for if you want somewhere cheap for an overnight stay,
