I have never been inside of the hotel before the 22nd September and i will now happily say i will come back. We attended a wedding on Friday and were guests all day. The bar area is modern and a very upmarket feel to it....More
The hotel looks great from outside and has some brilliant features inside too with Robert Burns wall and some fantastic looking communal areas.
However , the lift is very tiny and slow - just 1 for such a large hotel too, the floor creaks in...More
Good location and nice enough hotel, but generally just very average - the rooms are basic and in need of an upgrade, same goes for the bathroom - mine desperately needed a deep clean! No wifi in the rooms, and lack of plug sockets. Didn't...More

As said above, there is a lift from the carpark up to reception and the other floors. When I was there I saw a gentleman in a wheel chair using this lift and sharing the lift with companions, so though small the lift is adequate. The problem is getting into the car park, which is behind the hotel, especially if you are new to Stirling. Then having found the car park finding a space may be difficult depending on the time of day. Speak to the hotel directly, they may have disabled spaces set aside.
