Nice hotel in interesting location. Friendly staff. Food excellent, but dining room service could be a touch more attentive - long wait to order coffee, for example. Website also needs to be clearer about whether or not continental breakfast is included in room price. It appears not. Overall Good value, but could be even better with these extra elements of...

I have struggled to find decent hotel for overnight business trips in this area. Like the location out of the way at top of hill. Very quiet, verypeaceful. Large double room in the coachhouse (separate to main hotel). Yes décor is bit outdated and bathroom could do with revamp but very clean and when you are putting your head down...

Five went for Afternoon tea = we had three little fingers sandwiches, one contained just three slices of cucumber, another a scant egg mixture, and the third smoked salmon. The cakes came looking impressive on a three tier cake stand, but taste wise a very odd comibation. Mini welsh cakes came with too much spice and mixed peel and made...

We followed sat nav up a winding lane for some 1/2mile and entered this magical place. Plenty of parking available. Reception was friendly and helpful. Our room was a twin bed room and was clean and tidy. We had a evening meal which was delicious. Well done chef.We had a sound sleep. Breakfast was very satisfying.Overall a great place to...

This hotel is in beautiful country side as opposed to town centre and had feeling of spaciousness and individuality so different to hotel chains. There is a choice of rooms and luxury and priced accordingly. All mod cons but also a feeling of history. Food good although quite expensive - pleasant eating area. spacious car park Staff friendly and helpful....

The hotel is in a fantastic setting. The rooms were clean, tidy & spacious. We ate in the restaurant and the food was really good. The only downside; we were on a room only deal & the breakfast bought separately was expensive.

We stayed at the beautiful Llechwen Hall for a friends wedding on bank holiday Monday. The hotel is stunning in a beautiful location, the wedding was perfect and we really enjoyed our stay. The staff were very nice and helpful making our stay even more enjoyable. Our only complaint would be the standard of the breakfast the next morning. We...

Well what can I say, Llechwen Hall is an amazing and special place! My fiancé and I have chosen Llechwen for our wedding venue, since we booked it in February 2014 all we have had from Llechwen is 110% support and guidance for our upcoming wedding in December. All the staff are so friendly and lovely and nothing is too...

Great place to stay. The lounge area is a nice peaceful place to have a rest and drink. Dinner was lovely, along with the service. Really good value for money. We also had a good breakfast with plenty of food. So pleased that we found this hotel, a real gem!

Went there last night for a meal. Superb food and outstanding service. Loved every minute and can't wait to go back. Thanks to Dylan who looked after us and also thank you to the chef (the chef did come and meet us on our request as we wanted to tell him how much we had enjoyed the food). An absolutely...
