A lovely freindly family owned hotel. Cosy with great food and nice staff. Good value. Handy for the North Yorkshire moors and the steam trains. Clean rooms all on suite, a very charming place and a lovely experience.

Crossways hotel is a quite attractive building outside but very dated and tired inside.

Thank you for your negative review - you only had to ask for more heating
Never had complaints with regard shower temperature - again you only had to ask
Other guests complained regarding your early ( 5.30 and hourly noisy excursion outside
