Stayed in a 3 bedroom lodge. 4 adults and 3 children. And 1 dog!! Plenty of room for us all. Kitchen nice and spacious and there were 2 bathrooms... 1 an ensuite. Lodge was lovely and clean on our arrival. There is a dishwasher and a microwave. All appliances look new and clean. Big flatscreen tv in the living room.... More

We have just returned from a wonderful 4 days stay at Barker Stakes Farm. We chose the lodge with breakfast included and couldn't have been better ! Our lodge consisted of a sitting room with a settee, small dining table, flat screen TV/DVD and a double bed, twin bedroom, small kitchen area and en-suite shower room. The main highlight in... Room was ideal, very clean and spacious would definitely recommend anyone looking for a relaxed night away. Owners and staff were so kind and made us feel very welcome. Located in a very nice area, only 5 minute drive to a small village with restaurants and shops. We will definitely be back soon!

Fantastic place and excellent value!! Stayed with my 4 year old and grandparents. Lodges are very comfortable and warm and all home comforts are provided. Owner was very welcoming but as we were self catering we did not need to use the breakfast facilities which are available if required. Lovely wee villages nearby and lots of interesting places to visit.... More

A lovely stay outside of Pickering on a small farm. The owners were very welcoming, and the breakfasts were quite nice. The family room was spacious with two bedrooms and a full kitchen. Highly recommended for a quiet stay in the moors.

The room allocated to us was opposite reception and was stunning ! All the furniture matched - unusual in a B&B to say the least, and the en-suite was tastefully furnished with plenty of toiletries provided. In our room we were pleasantly surprised to find that glasses (and even a bottle opener were stored in a unit for our use.)... More
