Just returned from a Friday night stay on the farm. This is a lovely quaint place to stay with converted farm cottages. The staff are very friendly and the facilities fantastic. Breakfast top notch. Would recommend and revisit if in the area. Thank you for a lovely stay

Just arrived back from a two night stay what can I say that has not already been said. Sarah and Steve are the perfect hosts. We arrived on our daughters birthday and they had decorated the room with banners and balloons. My daughter said it was the best birthday ever. We stayed in the loft apartment which was immaculate and... More

What a wonderful place to stay. Lovely surroundings, luxury cabin very clean. Friendly hosts. Fab breakfast staff very smily friendly people. Close to flamingo land and coast. Only downside was the beds and pillows not very comfortable and the bed base was latts so very noisy when turning over or moving. Apart from that I would definitely recommend and stay... More

Stayed for 1 night and the room was lovely and well presented. The bed was also comfy. Nothing was done on the cheap and everything was of good quality. Nice breakfast the following morning too. Friendly owners and liked the added touch of DVD's and games if you wished to use them. Would stay again.

We have just come back from a weeks stay here. We stayed in the Woodsman 3 self catering lodge and couldn't have asked for anything more. There was enough space for myself, my mam and 3 children. The location is so peaceful and is an excellent base for many attractions. We visited Castle Howard, Flamingoland, Scarborough and Filey. My children... More

Having travelled all over the world , we can honestly say this place is wonderful. We did not expect a little patio which made the room feel so much bigger. The breakfast is superior, the hosts are very friendly. The grounds are great with animals and walks, and we at 50 enjoyed a great game of ping pong! Sorry table... More
