We stayed here for one night in march 2017. We were welcomed to our room by David who brought a much needede tray of coffee. We had booked a room at the rear but were upgraded to a sea view which displayed extensive views of morecombe bay and the south lakes. We appreciated the attention to detail to ensure a...

Top marks for this guest house, a very warm welcome from the owner Dave. Beautiful spotless rooms and smack bang on the seafront. Breakfast in the morning was cooked to perfection, definitely would stop here again

We came up to Morecambe for a sad family event. I chose the hotel both for the reviews and because I knew it would have stupendous views of the bay. On our arrival David was kindness itself and very helpful to my sister who arrived later. The hotel was very comfortable and the breakfasts all you could wish for. Thank...

I just stayed one night, actually just 7 hours, as i was passing by. Owner was very friendly and it was no problem for me to arrive at 1am. The guesthouse is located right at the seaside with a nice view from the breakfast table. Breakfast is amazing and plenty, loved it. The room i was in (No. 1) was...

We have stayed here for two nights in the depths of winter and we have been totally spoilt. O arrival we were offered tea, even though there was a hospitality tray I the room. Nothing has been too much trouble. We were given printed directions to the nearest shop. There was a fridge in the room, so that we could...

Stayed one night this week in a sea view room. David made us very welcome with pot of tea and mince pies. Room was very clean and well presented. Comfy bed and quality bedding. Breakfast was lovely with a wide selection of porridge, fresh fruit and full English. I would not hesitate in recommending this property to others and would...

Very welcoming stay. Great views and top breakfast. We were only there for a night followed by breakfast before heading off. The owner did a great job in making us welcome and was very helpful. I wish him well. Would recommend.

By pure coincidence myself and another Bradford City fan booked a night here to see a Checkatrade (Nobody Cares) Cup game. We lost 3-2 but we both had a good visit. A large part of the enjoyment was due to how good this place is; even though it was one of the cheapest offering full breakfast. Very clean and friendly;...
