This is the first time I've ever felt it necessary to warn people off a place. The whole place smells. Bath, toilet and washbasin were cracked & stained. The washbasin had no plug. The furniture in the room looked as if it had been picked off a rubbish tip. Its one good feature was that the bed was comfortable and...

The bedding was clean, the bed was comfy...but it stops there! No way of controlling the radiator, so you boiled all night even with the window open. The bathroom offers you a cracked toilet seat and a disgusting looking shower. Talk about basic. But if you need to catch a train then it is very well situated. At least it...

As with all the other visitors, I found the staff very rude and I haven't even stayed there!! They are also thieves, do not book anything on line with your bank details, should you change your mind in good time, they will still debit your account..........terrible hotel and terrible staff, don't stay there at any cost!!!!

On arrival we were greeted by a full car park, Once entering the hotel a man that resembled an alien asked us for £3 for the car park, We were then escorted to room in garden area, The lights all turn on exactly as you step forward so of you fell over he would be covered but you would be...

This hotel is awful, the rooms smell like damp. The staff are rude. You get charged £3 to use the car park and £5 for the wifi. Lose tiles in the bathroom, cold shower. Absolute stink fest. Didn't stay for breakfast!

This was booked for me for work and I didn't have a choice where we stayed. The manager was really friendly in all interactions but the room was awful. It absolutely stunk. On first entry I thought it was cat pee and then I realised it was the mould that was everywhere - even on the sides of the beds....

Reasonable area, great Fish and Chip shop round the corner, Railway station very close, and mini waitrose in Shell garage within 5 mins walk, which I used for breakfast coffee and sandwich. The hotel is very basic, in my opinion in need of a good clean and refurbishment. Bedroom poor, musty smell throughout, lot of mould in shower room, which...

This was the worst 'hotel' - and I use that term loosely, that I have EVER stayed in. It is dirty , smelly , moldy, and dark - probably for good reason. Many miscellaneous bugs . The manager is a crook that lies about what reservations include ( we had printed proof) and he still tried to fleece us for...
