Recently had our wedding here and can't rate it high enough. From the moment we enquired to the big day itself the service we got was exceptional. Everyone made comments about how great the food was and those that stayed all rated the hotel itself very highly. Ian who organised the day was fantastic and Stuart who spent the whole...

Pre booking excellent, check in simple and efficient, staff very helpful, cheerful and efficient. Breakfast excellent, dinner very good, cleanliness excellent, check out simple, really what else do you need to know? We arrived as a family and had three rooms and no complaints whatsoever. Three nights there and although we only had dinner once it was very good and...

Visted Clandeboye for a family wedding in September 2013. A wonderful few days in an excellent environment with absolutely nothing to complain about. The venue and wedding package were first class. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and were always smiling and offering to help at all times. The whole experience was made all the better as the children...

Was here for wedding and the food was so good, not the usual mass feed you get at a function, that we have been back twice as birthday treats for family. It's particularly nice around Christmas time with all the decorations up. One dismal afternoon last winter my sisters & I had afternoon tea by the fire. Very relaxing. Actually,...

This is a nice hotel just a short taxi ride from Bangor town. It is convenient for Belfast too. The staff were friendly and the rooms were well appointed and serviced. The standard was what I expected and made a relaxing business hotel. I could see that this would be a nice wedding venue, however thankfully there was no large...

Stayed for three nights. The room was very good but the free wifi was extreemly frustrating. Breakfast was good and the evening meals were at the expected standard for this grade of hotel. I would stay again but the wifi needs to be improved....

We stayed at Clandeboye with friends to attend a wedding. We felt from the minute we arrived that the staff did everything to accommodate us. They were friendly, courteous and very helpful and went over and above the call of duty to cater for us. The food was of a very high standard and we felt that the deal we...

Just had another lovely stay at the Clandeboye - one of our top choices when taking a break from our busy guest house. Liked the upgraded bathroom with the rain shower and the opportunity to take a relaxing bath. You can't help but unwind when you look out of the window and see countryside and cows! Free Wifi with a...

My husband and I stayed here recently for one night and were disappointed by the lack of facilities given that this is a 4 star hotel. Our room was perfectly adequate but nothing out of the ordinary. There are no spa or gym facilities which would have been good to see in a 4 star hotel. We ordered a sandwich...

We had our wedding here on 16th August 2013. The day was perfect, everything ran like clockwork. From our first meeting with Ian at the hotel we were impressed. We had looked at other venues but once we met with Ian and viewed the suites for the ceremony and receptions we knew it was decision made. A wedding is not...
