We were greeted by the owner, Sue and given a warm welcome. The rooms were super comfortable with all you could wish for. A really comfortable double bed and a shower over the bath in the en suite. These are new owners and are in the process of redecorating all the rooms although I could not find fault in our...

Had a lovely night in Sheleven House on19th November with friends. We where able to spend a few hours in the lounge infront of the fire as it was a really cold day. Our room was very clean and comfortable with a sea view. Had a great nights sleep and there was a great breakfast menu. The owners Paul and...

Stayed here for one night in a room at the back of the house, the room was not suitable for tall people as I hit my on the slopes ceiling. There was a lot on offer for breakfast. However, were drowned in butter and did not taste very well.

Nice old building, Friendly and clean, but small rooms with creaky floorboards (understandable for a old building). Most annoying was breakfast finishing at 9:30, even on a Sunday! Checkout was at 11, also on the Sunday.

The Shelleven Guest House was absolutely lovely. I had a small, cozy single bedroom. The hosts are delightul, the breakfast is delicious, and it was great value. I loved the short walk down a nearby lane straight to the sea. I definitely recommend the Shelleven Guest House and look forward to staying again on my next visit to Bangor.

The owners were on hand to greet us when we arrived. Food great, amenities wonderful. Service in dining room superb. Robes, slippers in wardrobe, Kleenex in bathroom. Everything we could ever want or need. Look forward to a return visit.

Will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Bangor. Hosts were so friendly and rooms were spotless clean. Few lovely touches in the bedroom. Hot chocolate, dressing gown and slippers. I would highly recommend.

From Sue's welcome to check out 3 days later the warmth and welcome of n Shelleven was immaculate. Three hungry kids went out every morning ready for busy days on tummies full of fab brekky - surprised there was any pancake batter left by Sunday after double helpings for our eldest each day! Boisterous kids made very welcome which is...
