Great friendly staff, bar and meal, I have been enjoying their hospitality for a whole now. I love their haddock and chips really crispy and cooked to the perfection. Also check out their specials for that for extra big meals...

Lovely meal, really friendly staff, comfy clean rooms. Would recommend to other people without doubt. Excellent service all round. Car park only small but plenty of on street parking close by. Location ideal for walking.

This is the second time I have stayed at Church House. I was initially attracted by the price, being away on (self-employed) business and having to meet the cost myself. I have stayed in the same room, a single, twice, and whilst everything is rather cosy, all that you need is provided. It is slightly annoying that you have to...

Booked for 20:00, arrived 19:30 and was served straight away. Friendly staff and reasonable choice on the menu. My starter was black pudding and cheese croquette with salad. The croquette was about the size of a golf ball with a marble-sized amount of black pudding inside. Tasty but far too small. Main course was pork medallions which were again tasty...

We visited Bollington recently by chance. Eventually found this restaurant/pub, which a local had recommended. Thought the owner/manager was rude and accepted a booking from us grudgingly as he claimed he was fully booked. Lucky for us and lucky for him that our business went some way to off set the no-shows who had booked and reserved a table! The...

We only stayed for the one night, but it was a very good experience. All the staff were very friendly and helpfull. The room was little on the small side, but it was nicely decorated and clean. Everything you need coffee and tea making, nice ensuite bathroom and a very comfy bed. Only 5 rooms but all booked even on...

I visited The Church House during the August bank holiday weekend with my husband and we were greeted with an extremely warm welcome from all the staff. They were polite, friendly and very obliging. A charming plae with a lovely atmosphere, faultless service and the food was excellent - we'll definitely be going back!

Very friendly and welcoming staff. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The breakfast was good enough, I would have preferred a better quality sausage with it, but other than that, no complaints. The church house inn is also just a short walk away from the trail leading up to White nancy, which offers great views from the...

Spent on night of B&B here. The room was clean and well equipped, but very small - as was the en suite. The staircase and landings are in need of decoration and felt tatty. The breakfast was good, but nothing outstanding. It served the purpose, but we probably wouldn't stay again.
