hotel was good location right by the beach, grand pier and shopping centre. Hotel was old but our room was very nice, clean and refurbished and nice and warm. We thought the hotel had a restaurant with a varied menu as stated on web site but on enquiring about an evening meal we were told by a member of reception...

Group of 10 of us stayed here for a girls weekend. Excellent value for money and while the hotel does not have a car park there is an NCP car park directly behind the hotel and you can park either at an overnight rate or a 24 hour rate. A warm, friendly welcome. Clean, comfortable rooms (some too warm for...

The hotel is right on the seafront, the room was a little dated but more than adequate, especially for the price we paid. The breakfast was wonderful, the dining rooms had wonderful views over Weston Bay towards Wales. There was even entertainment in the bar - In January.. The staff were all very friendly we would definitely stay again.

Just returned from staying here for 2 nights. Full marks to all the staff they were very helpful and happy. Our room was fine, we overlooked the mini golf course. However come midnight to 3 am I have never heard so much row, there appears to be a club (or somewhere for private parties) on the opposite corner. This was...

The second time we have stopped in this establishment this year. The Hotel is at the moment going through a transition/refurbishment,nonetheless the friendly atmosphere is still evident, and the food is of an high quality. The only downside is the ancient lift which is very tired and dated,we was assured that too was going to be updated in the near future.Planning another visit...

I stayed here with my mum for a five day break and we were, on the whole, very happy with our stay. Our twin room was like a little apartment, having a small kitchen, dining table and chairs and sofa in it as well as a double and single bed. We were at street level, so there wasn't a view...
