The second time we have stopped in this establishment this year. The Hotel is at the moment going through a transition/refurbishment,nonetheless the friendly atmosphere is still evident, and the food is of an high quality. The only downside is the ancient lift which is very tired and dated,we was assured that too was going to be updated in the near future.Planning another visit...

I stayed here with my mum for a five day break and we were, on the whole, very happy with our stay. Our twin room was like a little apartment, having a small kitchen, dining table and chairs and sofa in it as well as a double and single bed. We were at street level, so there wasn't a view...

Just returned from a very pleasant stay. The room had been refurbished and was very comfortable and we had a sea view. Bed breakfast and evening meal were all excellent, with plenty of choice. I would like to mention Karen our waitress who worked very hard and made sure we were well looked after, and did and excellent job. I...

We have today returned from a four night stay at this hotel. Our party consisted of 51 people. We have had a thoroughly great stay. The rooms are airy and very clean. There is a daily maid service and the towels are changed every other day. The staff on duty in the dining room are exceptional you cannot ask for...

Just spent two nights at the Sandringham with my Wife, and i have to say it was a very pleasnt stay, although in October and mid week, very busy. Room was nice overlooking the sea, a little small but very clean and more than adequate for our needs. A lot of retired people staying there and all seemed to be...

This is an older hotel on the main beach street. Room was plain, but comfortable for two. I do not know if I was in the older part of the Hotel or not, but the room and bathroom were visibly worn. Breakfast that was included was a good tasting english breakfast. Pros: close to beach & Dismaland, restaurants near by,...

I stayed here on a short break for three nights on a motorcycling holiday. Firstly the hotel is in an excellent location, right on the seafront and the pier, with decent views and all attractions within a few minutes walk. The staff were very friendly and professional and they even allowed me to park my motorcycle in their goods yard...

Had 2 rooms. One was in the old bit...needs a bit of attention. But still nice and clean. Bit dated. The other room was in the new revamped bit. Very basic but lovely and clean. Staff very friendly. Break is was lovely. Would stay again. My room overlooked the pier.

The hotel does its best under the circumstances I suspect at all English seaside hotels. Whilst we stayed in a very basic room in the newer refurbished part of the hotel our friends got one of the older rooms. It is in desperate need of a facelift and I guess it really caters for pensioners coach trips and hen parties...

A group of 9 friends came on a coach holiday and stayed for 4 nights in September. I had a single room which was adequate. The hotel is in a very good position overlooking the beach and very close to indoor shopping area. The breakfast and evening meal were very good and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Evening...
