Our group of 20 were looking for somewhere in Kelowna where we could get together after golf, and catch up and enjoy cameraderie. Casa Loma was just the spot, with a great 3 bedroom condo, with a large patio, overlooking Lake Okanagan. As well the 2 bedroom den condos were well appointed and thoroughly enjoyed by our group.

We were delighted that your well-traveled group decided to try out our Resort for the first time. We accommodate many golf groups, as our setup seems to accommodate their purposes. We would love to welcome you back whenever you organize another trip, as we feel you were an ideal fit for this property.

We recently stayed at Casa Loma for 4 months and could not have been in a better spot! The resort staff....office, housekeeping and maintenance were all so pleasant to deal with and so helpful that we felt very comfortable here. The grounds and the units are well looked after and the units well equipped with everything needed for a short...

We at Casa Loma are in agreement that you have been a pleasure to accommodate and wish you could have stayed longer. It sounds as if you will have good memories though. We are fortunate to meet the nicest people all year round. Our staff work hard to make this a setting that is attractive as well as serviceable, and...

First off Kelowna is a spectacular part of BC. Visiting the wineries is definitely like being in Napa valley, Ca but better. Now I know why it is called by many as the Canadian Napa Valley. Casa Lona is a quiet resort right on the lake and you can see deer passing in front of your condo early morning. There...

We enjoyed your comments, from the mention of our natural setting, to the fine dining available in the area. We are centrally located, so there are a great variety of activities to partake in, only minutes from the Resort. However, on your next visit, no need to even leave, just stock up on groceries and liquid refreshments from one of...

It was quiet and peaceful, with a spectacular view. Overall, the unit was very nice, clean and comfortable. The kitchen had most of the necessities but, we are tea drinkers and were only supplied with coffee. We could have used a bowl - had to use the one and only casserole dish to make a salad. There was no dish...

While we appreciate the feedback from your visit, we identified a few points we would like to clarify: We keep teabags on request at the Front Desk to ensure freshness. A mix of feather pillows and pillows filled with loose synthetic fibre, never foam, are provided on each bed for your choosing. There is a variety of bowls in each...

I had the pleasure of finding this place thru my work listing of hotels/accommodations avail to me. Place was clean and quiet, outdoor pool was right outside the suite, No kids during my stay so the pool was quiet. The landscaping was neat and kept picturesque. There were bbq and picnic tables available but I didn't use them. Now onto...

We appreciate the time you took to comment on the unit you occupied during your business trip. There's no reason why corporate travellers cannot enjoy a touch of lakefront luxury. The furnishings are designed to provide a homey feel to the accommodation, allowing guests to unwind in peace and quiet or provide hospitality to a group. For example, we host...

We stayed in unit #109 opposite end where the pool was located. We would try another unit given our issues with the indoor noises. If sleeping is your goal, you may want to reconsider your stay or unit. Unfortunately, we didn’t have one good night sleep or were able to sleep in. It appears the building is set up as:...

We appreciate the time you took to offer your viewpoint on the merits of our Resort and particularly the one bedroom Condo you stayed in. Constructive guest input is always encouraged. We are pleased that you enjoyed your visit with us sufficiently to plan on returning. On the initial stay guests often develop their preferences and in your case we...

Great place, very clean, beautiful view, awesome staff, very accommodating and friendly. The resort is family friendly, but private enough if you are travelling with adults. I would go back again with no hesitation.

Thank you for your generous review. We promote a superior experience while staying in any of our lakefront units, but you do get a panoramic view from the upper units in our main building, and which also offer an extra degree of privacy. Often adults choose to stay in our shoulder season as it is a quieter time of year,...

This was our first visit to the resort, but definitely won't be our last. This place has everything! The fact that so many guests have been returning year after year just proves how good it is. Reception staff were excellent, very friendly. We stayed for a week in a 1 bed condo on the ground floor near the swimming pool....

Loved your review, and you are clearly a perfect fit for our property. We are glad to hear we can welcome you back. There is really nothing for us to add, except on your next visit feel free to request a unit away from the pool as we cannot hold back the eager 10 am crowd who look forward to...

Been going there every year for 15 years. Rooms are great and clean, my 3 kids aged 8(girl), 5(boy) & 2(boy) have lots of fun in the pool, beach, lake, basketball courts, park, fields & putting green.
