This is the only place I would ever stay in Moorea. Second visit - right pick first time. It's peaceful (apart from roosters and they are everywhere in Tahiti anyway). Good restaurant with perfect view of sea and sunset. Sandy beach with water on one side shallow and good for snorkelling and on the other side of a rock pool,...

Lovely location, simple but clean rooms and a lovely setting. However our holiday was marred by theft from our room. Also happened to friend staying at the same place...however, if you are totally vigilant about locking doors, even when sleeping, you should be ok.

This is a wonderful location with simple bungalows close to a beautiful beach and with many restaurants nearby. The in house food is very average. Bedding tired and insect ridden. Our lovely holiday was spoiled by theft.

A great family run place stuck in a complacent time warp of twenty years ago catering for a 99% French clientele that love it. Could be so much better with some investment in the basic infrastructure. Rooms need attention!plumbing ,leaky shower, electrics hair dyer not working and no hot water as solar heating not functioning properly Great location with beautifully maintained...

The family owned business is well run. I would rate it mid range, they are very helpful and suggest tour operators that they have a relationship with. This can be good as they did say that some of the bigger operators may leave you waiting. It is clean and tidy, charming thatched bungalows. They were short on beach towels but...

We stayed for a time at Hotel Hibiscus for our holiday in Moorea. We had an upstairs air conditioned room. It was quiet and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and most helpful. The grounds are well kept and spacious. The pool was always clean and well maintained. Snorkelling was amazing out front of the hotel and to the left with...

We've had quite a few visits to Moorea over the years. Prior to our visit this year we stayed in 2012 at the InterContinental Moorea. Since then our kids have grown up so we need two rooms this time. We were delighted we stayed at Hibiscus. Our rooms had views of the water (Rms 12 and 13). Whilst they were...

We really loved this hotel. It was everything we were looking for. Clean, really nice and extremely helpful (English speaking staff, and a great location. It was near many good restaurants and shopping. Unlike many beaches in French Polynesia, it actually had a beach with nice sand. We took a really nice walk to the right of the hotel. The snorkeling...

We love this hotel. I was a little hesitant at first, being that there were not many current reviews, the old ones were good though. I am glad I went for it. We booked a premium beach bungalow. It has beautiful view of the lagoon, and it looks like it may have been renovated in the not so distant past....

Got here after crazy busy time in the US for a bit of R & R. Staff spoke English which saved me bumbling through in French. Room wasn't ready so went down to the beach for a wander. When we booked in we had been put in a block of air conditioned rooms, not a bungalow. Hadn't realized that need...
