What a shame for this grand looking exterior, when passing hough the area my wife and I were struggling to find an hotel so this was our last resort. We phoned first and awaited a call back to find out if they had a spare room. They called us back and said they did have a room. We really had...

Lovely location. Lovely room. Food good and staff could not have been more helpful. Nice trips out. This is our second stay and there will definitely be a third visit from us sometime. Excellent home pick up and drop off service. Thank you to Jordan and his extremely hardworking and helpful team. From Maureen Brathwaite.

Stale smell in reception. Breakfast poor. Cheap horrible bread used for toast. Dining room dated and untidy. Staff need haircuts or hairnets when serving food. Old dated hotel in need of complete makeover. Beautiful location and sea views.

The main product is door-to-door full service accommodation. Almost by definition its main client base is elderly people who do not drive and do not fancy or cannot cope with the train. The hotel is well set up, well located, clean, comfortable and the service level is both friendly and high. The excursions offered seemed popular, but we were there by...

Stayed for a cycling weekend with old school mate. Soon realised this hotel is completely geared up for organised coaches of elderly so there are some idiosyncrasies. But the room 8a, was large and clean, the two single beds were comfortable and clean and there were great views of the coast. The breakfast was ok, very strange to have half...

The staff were helpful and friendly and we were made to feel very much at home. With such a large group of people...
