One memorable thing happened to me, my feet git cut by a broken tiles in the pool. I late found out that its not only others have worst condition. But anyway, the lady on the front desk will warn you of that. Its a mexican inspired resort that didnt live up to expectations, nearly dilapidated facilities and murky waters on...

Went here on a day tour. This exclusive for member and member's guest is a haven. The kids had an awesome time playing under the sun switching from the beach to the pool then on the playground. The place is well kept and im glad the shower room and toilet were clean. The food was delish too. They have a...

The place is heavenly, ample room space, gigantic infinity pool, a beach. Our family had a great time, we were 22 all in all and occupied 4 rooms. Although the pool has it's crack and all, still it was big enough for everybody to swim around without getting injured. The rooms we're clean, pillow, sheets and blankets. The bathroom was...

Our room was the Ixtapa Suite (pool view) and twas really big & spacious for 2 pax. We were very amazed of how big it was, however, I do think that some areas needs refurbishment. Also, I was expecting a clear view of the pool outside (I requested for it in the email) but got disappointed when I saw that...

Too expensive just for the entrance fee (500 and if I understand it correctly, you can only enter when you know an owner inside and you have to be endorsed-its my friend who has the access). As we just live in the neighborhood, we just went one day and did not stay in their hotel. It is somehow relaxing staying...

Have heard some good things about this place but sadly, the reality is far from the stories. This Mexican-themed resort looks unfinished, unkempt, and can use a ton of improvement to be at par with other well-known destinations. It is overrated and needs upkeep. The place is colorful enough but upon closer inspection, it seems that not much effort nor...

Need to be endorsed by a member. When we went there, there is almost to none decent activity to do (no spa service available, place is almost deserted, poor signal). Room is spacious with nice Mexican theme but shower/water has no consistent maintained temperature (hot and cold temp) Very slow service at Cafe Oaxaca (more than an hr, we missed...

We were here on a day tour as it was recommended by a friend member. We found the place out of order, tall grasses around the property and needs lots of maintenance. Nowhere close to Batis Aramin where we were booked that night.
