Really lovely place to stay and very good value too. We booked 2x Twin Rooms and stayed just 1 night. The rooms were clean and very nicely presented. If I had to pick a flaw I'd say they were a little on the small side but definitely nothing to complain about! The beds themselves were incredibly comfy. Lovely welcome by...

We were looking for somewhere bike friendly as my son competed in the conquer the cliff event at the Aber Cycle Festival. The welcome was friendly and started with a tea and coffee in the conservatory with a slice of cake each. The room was a nicely decorated twin with comfortable beds, clean towels and toiletries provided. There are tea...

We stayed here for just two nights - all we could manage unfortunately! Our aim was to re-visit some of the delights of the Aberystwyth area we remembered from many years past. We had a friendly welcome from Cynthia Evans who provided us with the best start to each day, an excellent, filling breakfast! Our room was comfortable and surprisingly...

We stayed here last weekend after dropping our daughter at University. A very warm welcome with welsh cakes and coffee were offered by our most obliging hosts in the lovely conservatory. A recommendation for our evening meal was also most welcomed at a local pub and the breakfast the following day was most welcomed on our long journey home. Clean,...

A warm welcome awaited us at this impressive working farm conveniently situated 5 miles from Aberystwyth. Our room had a superb view over the Reidol valley & was a decent size & spotlessly clean with a separate but exclusive bathroom. We enjoyed hearty Welsh breakfasts & had use of a separate sitting room & conservatory. We stayed for 6 nights...

This was our first holiday at this B&B and we were given a very friendly welcome with a pot of tea and cakes. The whole house was very clean and although our bedroom was at the back we made use of the lovely sitting room, which has great views of the valley, until bedtime. Our breakfast was everything you could...

Arrived during a heatwave - B&B like stepping into an oven. Everything dated and dirty, host unhelpful and not at all welcoming. This is not close enough to Aberystwyth to be useful should you want to go there. Room was filthy, bedding and towels stained, mould in shower room. Window catches and curtain rail broken so unable to get the...

Nice place just out of Aberystwyth. We had the twin room which was very comfortable, good beds, nicely furnished. Our bathroom was down the hall but it was just for us and we had the keys so no problems. Hot water/shower was good. WiFi worked throughout. Great views of the surrounding farmland. Breakfast was hearty and high quality. Cynthia was...

Very expensive, very cold, putting pound coins in meter is soo expensive, the house was filthy - found 3 socks, tights, tissues, emergency contraception pack, hair gel, spiders, dust, chocolate etc. When having a clean up. Nothing in the house works and is very dated, no internet access even though we were told there was.
