The chalet is a really nice place to stay with some really delicious food to offer and a spacious spa with a hot tub and 2 saunas. Super amazing and friendly staff, helped us with EVERYTHING we needed from transportation, food, to any personal needs and advice. They were especially caring towards every guest. I only wish there were hot...

This was a great Chalet! Clean, comfortable rooms that were well appointed, secure, the beds are the most comfortable we have slept in on this trip. Amazing view from the room. Staff was helpful and courteous and they have a good continental breakfast. Would definitely recommend staying here if you're in the area, it is worth the drive up the...

Stayed in room 10 on the top floor with a lovely shower room and fabulous views of the mountain. We booked to include dinner, the food was excellent but only one choice. However, on the evenings when we didn't fancy the menu the chef was happy to prepare a fondue or raclette instead. Lovely friendly and helpful staff and not too...

Wow! We're excited! Our car climbed meter by meter and we arrived St. Jean de Sixt between the impressive mountains. We were welcomed by a friendly man who told us our car could be parked a week for free while we were mountain hiking in the Alps. The hotel has the cosy mountain cottage feel we recognize from our own...

We stayed here for one night on our way driving to Italy. Staff were very friendly and helpful (we got great advice on a picturesque route over the Alps). The room was fairly typical for this region - on the small side and a little basic - but perfectly adequate. The restaurant served good

I have to say as an opener I have never posted a negative review and I do not do so lightly - anyone can have a bad day, or even week, and life is short - you get on with it. Heck it is near 3 months since my awful experience in this place and I gave myself a chance...

Very friendly staff and cozy rooms! Food in the restaurant was good (and value for money) and the free access to the Spa comes very handy after a day of skiing. Only recommendation would be to expand the breakfast options

Hotel was fine, has the amenities you need and a spa bath and sauna (make sure you book and can only be used for an hour). Unfortunately the staff were quite unhelpful and not friendly at all, in particular Stephan's brother (the owner). On several occasions he begrudgingly made a phone all in our behalf but more often then not...

We only stayed for 3 nights, and wished we could have stayed longer. Very friendly staff, always willing to help. Our room was great, clean and spacious, the spa was the best just what was needed after a day's skiing. The hotel was a 10 minute drive from la clusaz, which was great however if you missed the bus or...
