Stayed for 3 nights at this idyllic location. The B&B is down a lane marked as a footpath, this meant there was no through traffic so all we could hear,was the birds, the running of the stream, and the occasional "plop" as the trout took the flies from the surface of the water. We stayed here in October with friends and was amazed by the place. Marjory the host was lovely and very informative with history of the barn and local areas. We had the use of the lounge to ourselves and myself and my partner had the room downstairs whilst our friends were upstairs. Breakfast was superb. Marjorie provided us with glasses...

Stayed in this restored barn for one night in a lovely modern room with a great shower. We were welcomed by Marjorie who was very friendly and helpful. We had a lovely breakfast the next morning before departing. There are plenty of eating places for the evening meal within 2 miles and 1 a 2 min walk down the lane....

The building is lovely and the room and bathroom were a generous size, clean and in good condition. The shower was particularly good: large with decent pressure, well-controlled temperature and fully adjustable shower head. This B and B is in a great location for visiting Leeds Castle and the breakfast is excellent. Lovely garden too. The rooms are really spacious and the host is happy ot help with directions and local information.

What a wonderful B&B. Very tasteful and luxurious accommodation with superb hospitality provided by Margorie and Craig Vidler. Nothing is too much trouble. Just 10 minutes walk to Leeds Castle, Foley Farm Barn is an idyllic and peaceful location in a lovely part of Kent. Marjorie was a wonderful hostess, making her guests from Australia and Canada feel very welcome. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. John (Australia).

Just spent three nights at Foley Farm Barn. Beautiful barn conversion and so comfortable. Our room overlooked the stream which runs through the grounds. Marjorie and Craig were very welcoming and Marjorie ensured that every aspect of our stay was perfect. We even had three days of glorious sunshine. We stayed for 2 nights, while we explored the local area, including Leeds Castle. Marjorie and Craig were very welcoming, and we enjoyed the beautiful accommodation and the delicious breakfasts. Marjorie provided helpful advice on where to dine locally.
