1 night R&R stay. Dirty cups in room and dirty sideboards. No steak on a Fri Night for meals. Waitress got meals wrong so had a lengthy wait. All rectified with complementary drink but was already disappointed. Use of pool was a no no as it was full of children at the time we allocated to use it. Wish I...

i booked this on a Black Friday deal so it was excellent value. The rooms and bathrooms were lovely with very comfy beds and huge televisions. All was very clean. The layout of the hotel is very confusing though and it was a long walk to our rooms each time. Breakfast was a good selection of hot and cold buffet...

Hotel reception was uncontactable by phone prior to check in; also no one answered reception when calling from the room. Room was not thoroughly cleaned. Kettle had boiled milk residue; no TV remote; bathroom fan was on constant and would not turn off. Neighbours Banging heavy room doors which kept us awake at night

The room was get and bed very comfortable but found the noisy travelled well which keep me up a bit. The location was great for me but not sure if there anything a part from a shopping park. The staff were really nice and helpful.

Our twin room was quite a way from reception & required 2 lifts, a staircase and a long walk to get to it. But a nice room and pleasant staff. Menu could have done with more options and drinks a bit pricey but overall a good stay.
