Booked a last minute holiday to this resort and we were certainly not disappointed and had a holiday of a life time.
Upgraded to diamond club, swim up room and well worth the extra money.
Would also recommend booking the private transfer from the airport...More
Being a brand new resort I was expecting big things from the Royalton in St. Lucia. It didn't disappoint. The 8 hour journey from Gatwick airport, UK to Hewanorra International Airport, St Lucia was made bearable thanks to the Boeing 787 Dreamliner that TUI use...More
Very nice but very inconsistent across the board . I believe the staff does not feel valued and additional training is needed. There was a few electrical issues and something broken or not working in each of our rooms most things were fixed but seemed...More

We had a swim up room given as an upgrade and were in block 5. At first we thought it a great bonus but to be honest we didn't use that much as was in the shade most of the day. We ended up renting the private cabannas with mini hot tub as was situated in front of the chill pool and beach. On the whole we found the resort lovely, most of the staff were welcoming and professional...vibe team great with the kids and great gym team. Restaurant and bar service was a bit hit and miss depending who served you... Just generally a bit disinterested. Beach is ok but does get a lot of seaweed and visibility can be a bit poor though we still saw plenty of fish. Plenty of water activities on the beach for free, only the jet skis are at extra cost (40usd for half an hour) fantastic fun

You would have to pay for higher class wines rather than the house at the restaurants if you so wish. also so cost for certain motorized water sports which are outside companies working on site. But pretty much, everything within the "four walls" of the resort are included. Yes, spa charges are not included as well.
