This property is built into the hillside and all villas command excellent views across the valley and down to the Ayung River below. On arrival, we were informed that out confirmed Royal Deluxe Villa was now not available and we were given an upgrade to the Royal House. Wow! This is their premium villa, in it's own self contained, beautifully...

I spent two nights as a couple here at deluxe pool room. First time i got here, I was stunned by the view. The villa, the surroundings and the pool was very very nice and i cant get enough of this. Nonetheless, the hotel's service cant be rated as 5 star hotel. Cont: 1. The front staff did not help...

This was our first trip to Ubud and decided to stay at The Royal Pita Maha, in March. This was truly a relaxing experience, located in lush tropical surroundings. Service: Everyone was genuinely nice and made our stay very welcoming. Free yoga is offered every morning Villas: Built in the way that everyone gets own privacy without overlooking someone else’s...

My wife and I and our daughter stayed here for 6 nights in April  The view from the Villas is fantastic. The gardens and the setting makes you feel like you are in a lost paradise. A great place to relax. The infinity pool with each Villa is huge. We were very impressed with the attention to detail applied to...

It could have been the perfect stay if Internet was working.... The food in the restaurant is on average. BUT I definitely recommend this hotel which environment,...

Pros; Spectacular views. We were located towards the top row of villas, and from every angle the views we're draw dropping. The concept of having this haven of green in an almost Krater like area stands alone as the main reason you should stay here. Great service. Whenever we had a minor problem or complaint, the staff would be here...

Pros: Hotel staff's attitude is good, they are patient to listen our complaints and willing to make up for it. They also kindly provided me with fever medicine when I got sick. The view is great. Lobby looks fantastic. Cons: 1. Hot water. We run out of hot water when we would like to take a shower after dinner, they...

I would pay 1 million dollars for the view of this hotel. It is so relaxing. The villas are so nice but they need to be more cleaned for a 5 star hotel. I really like the breakfast there and the staff are so helpful and nice. The best place for honeymooners.

As most of other guest here, we were there for our honeymoon and it was amazing! The lobby, the view, the service, the huge private pool, the villa, the proximity of the river, the spa, the lagoon which follows the flow of the river, the ability to choose the three locations to have your breakfast (1. villa, 2. hotel, 3....

The whole idea of placing villas on hills overlooking tropical forest and stream is so attractive, the setting is just bring you to meditation state when you walk through. Walking up hill and down hill could be a challenge if you have a weak knee like me. Restaurant is so so. Band is nice though. Organic restaurant is not real...
