Probably the best B and B we`ve ever stayed at. The welcome was friendly. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. Impossible to fault anything. All our needs were catered for.

Absolutely a brilliant, exceptional and idyllic place to stay. From the initial warm friendly welcome from Claire, the welcome pot of tea, the high quality of the spacious bedroom, bathroom and the lovely sitting room and garden, and the delicious and high quality breakfast, it was simply faultless. And, for dog lovers, Biscuit and Lotti, the two welcoming retrievers, are...

We made a last minute decision to book at the Old Vicarage as we were extending our stay in Kent and wanted to go on to Canterbury - great choice. This is an exceptional B&B with friendly, welcoming hosts, lovely public rooms and gardens, a spacious and comfortable bedroom/ensuite bath and delicious breakfast featuring all local products. The property is...

We stayed here for two nights in August. We received a really warm welcome from Claire, Nick and their two dogs. The Old Vicarage is beautiful and has been lovingly restored. Our room overlooking the church was spacious, clean and had a lovely comfy sleigh bed. There isn't a wardrobe, but there are hooks and hangers as well as a...

Stayed here overnight for a wedding close to the area. The b&b and garden are absolutely beautiful. We stayed in a family room with one double room and another twin room which was well presented and spacious. The breakfast in the morning was lovely and we were really very sad to leave. The owner is a lovely lady who is...

Unfortunately, we (my husband and I) stayed only one night at the Old vicarage! but we arrived there in the late afternoon therefore we had a great longer time to enjoy the beautiful and gorgeous environment at the back of the house. The owner, Clair was so nice and friendly, a special treat of a tray of tea from her...

This is an excellent B & B in a delightful part of rural Kent. I've stayed here a number of times over the last year and have always received a warm welcome and excellent accommodation. The rooms are all en suite and have tea/coffee making facilities and a television. They all have comfortable beds and are spotlessly clean. Breakfasts are...

This is a period house, well restored and the family home of hosts Claire and Nick. This experienced couple run the B and B in a relaxed and professional manor. We were attending son's wedding in nearby Newnham and took all the bedrooms in the house, there were thirteen of us. As well as the bedrooms in the main house...

This was our second visit to the Old Vicarage and it was again, all first class and as enjoyable as the first! We had a friend with us this time and she was taken aback by how good this b&b is. We had the Garden Room this stay.... it too had an extra room so it in effect, formed a...

This was our first trip to the area and couldn't have been happier that we chose the Old Vicarage - there is a reason this B&B has so many reviews, all of which are excellent. Claire and Nick are welcoming and professional hosts who have caringly updated the property so that it retains its old charm but also provides modern...
