This is a cheap hotel, easily to reach from the marina, also by walking. It is clean, with big rooms. If you expect the Valentine's this is different: no pool, no space to stay out, but you can walk for 5-8 minutes to reach pink sand beach. My experience in this hotel was good even if when I had the...

Harbour island beautiful beach and that's it. Noisy, crowded expensive and overrated. we arrived early maid was cranky ,front desk lady was in Nassau . Room 17 was nice ,we needed a late checkout and they made us pay even though the occupancy was low . Room was $150 . Food was shockingly expensive ,few Bahamian places were reasonable and tasty...

Let me start by saying that accomodations in harbor island are very pricey. Also many of the properties require a 3 night minimum stay. Having said that, this hotel is a good alternative for a quick one or two night visit and especially if your budget is tight. Don't expect luxury by any means but it is a good, basic...

We stayed in one of the rooms for three nights. It is definitely an affordable option with no bells and whistles. The room was clean, the staff friendly, location great, beds comfortable. If you are looking for an affordable option, not concerned about what's outside and more about what's inside, don't require a pool (the ocean is gorgeous!) this place...

We found the Royal Palm as the cheapest property in Harbour Island at the time we wanted to go, and even if it wasn't a cheap price ($150), it is cheap if you compare it to the general prices of The Bahamas (extremely expensive destination). For that price we were given one of the premium rooms (rooms from the 17...

We were staying in Nassau and decided to fly over to Harbour Island for a couple of nights. To be honest (for the price) we didn't expect much and as such, didn't get much! There's no way this hotel can class itself as a boutique hotel. It's like a cell block and we had a crowd of workmen staying in...

...This place rocks! We stayed for 3 nights and the place was more than fine. Price was just a bonus. You don't spend any time here. Bring your own shampoo. Walking distance to the best breakfast spot on the Island (Coffee Roasters)

Best hotel on the island, for the price. Close to all the key locations on the island, like restaurants, bars, the marina and the main dock. One block away from the only Starbucks on the island - yippee! Allowed me to spend my $$ drinking and eating. I was impressed by the upgrades since my last stay. Nice job guys....

My daughter and I shared a room at this hotel recently, my brother also stayed in a room next door. Both rooms were very clean, with soap. This was very reasonable considering the price of some of the hotels on Harbour Island. I wasn't sure what to expect after some of the reviews. The reception staff were extremely helpful. This...

It was a couples only trip, we rented 3 rooms. All of the rooms the AC was horrible. They weren't working at all. Felt like you were sleeping in hell. Yet the rooms were $200 a night! The only good thing about this hotel is the accessibility and the apartment like feel. The hotel secretary, was more interested in her...
