Whether you spending a night between legs on the GR221 or driving up for a visit, a stay at the Sanctuary is definitely worth your while. Rooms are simple, but clean. In line with what you would expect from a Monastary so to speak. Apart from the beautiful surroundings the dinner was the absolute high point. The food was great...

I stayed in Santuari de Lluc for 2 nights. The surrounding is absolutely worth seeing. When staying in this place you stay in the middle of tranquillity in the middle of mountains. Closeness of mountains is tangible. Mountains and the monastery area are a breathtaking experience. Breakfast was a good standard level. The only request I would like to pay...

Very impressive monastery way high up n the Majorcan mountains on the west side of the island. Close to Pollenca. Lots of religious artefacts in the museum to see from ancient history. Lots to see in and around the surrounds, walks and cafe's, especially the bakery. Well worth a visit.

We stayed for several days and used Lluc as the starting point for various hiking tours. It is an adorable place. The rooms seem to have been renovated quite recently and the standard was very appropriate. It is just incredible to wake up in the morning and see the beautiful mountains from bed. Excellent!

Stayed here one night during a 4 day hike in the mountains . Friendly welcome, decent though basic little room (beware if staying in hotter months that there is no air con). Can't complain for €38 per night. As well as the accommodation's own restaurant there are a couple of other places to eat near by, The baker next to...

There are only three options for accommodation around Lluc. There's a campsite. There's a mountain refuge. Then there's the massive monastery. I keep returning to the monastery. It was the first place I ever stayed in Mallorca, many years ago. It's a solid stone building, and as the number of monks has dwindled, former 'cells' have been made into really...

We took a car from Pollensa. Road trip was amazing with beautiful views of Sierra de Tramuntana. We arrived at a very big parking lot, clean, organized and well maintained. Once in Lluc we were amazed at the amount of different activities possible. Various visitor centers, one including a 15 minute movie about Mallorca presented by Michael Douglas. Vey good...

Stayed two nights whilst working nearby. A fantastic historic building and grounds. Basic rooms but very quiet and I slept very well. The best thing about this place is the restaurant. Fantastic food and great service from all the staff. Have the rabbit.

Stayed here for a week. Rooms were comfortable but too hot. No air conditioning. They could maybe do with renting out fans!! The other thing I noticed is they charge for everything nearly. My wife was charged 5 euros 30 cent for some hot water/milk!! Food was expensive and the breakfast if you like flies was ok! I did very...

Really worth going and seeing. I was amazed what can be done in the name of God. Very well kept and organized. Great views fro the cross hill. 10 out of 10. Go when it is not so hot, or when it is cloudy. In the sun time it takes away 50% of good emotions, since you want to hide...
