We have just returned from a few days away skiing with friends. The rooms in the hotel were compact but comfortable - more than ample for a few days away. Plenty of room to store all your kit and very clean. The food was absolutely fantastic - way above expectations. Afternoon tea and breakfast was plentiful. The staff were excellent...

Second year in the Telemark and 3rd year with family friendly. Wonderful company with staff who go the extra mile to take care of you. The hotel is clean and comfortable and the food excellent and plentiful... Way exceeds the expectations of a 3* hotel. Would definitely recommend as a fantastic value for money place to stay Latania, the best...

Rooms a little small and pretty basic but kept very clean and tidy so absolutely no complaints. The staff were all young and very friendly and cheerfully put up with the nonsense that comes along with 30 guys on a skiing trip. Food was OK but I am aware of the tight budgets that these guys have, so full marks...

We had a raclette for two and we were full by the end as if you wanted more meat, potatoes, salad etc, they would bring it out for you, so you couldn't fault the food, and some of the other food coming out of the kitchen looked good, BUT, the restaurant lacks so much ambience, part of it was being...

We were a group of 11 on a 4 day ski break. There were a few niggles with the transfer as a planned 30 minute wait for the second minibus became 1 hour 20 but sometimes these things just happen. A warm welcome and off to the rooms which were twin and family rooms mostly. I thought they were better...

We have travelled with Family Friendly skiing twice before in their chalets in La Tania, great experience all round and could not wait to travel with them again. Sadly compared to previous years we were extremely disappointed with this years experience at the Telemark. The positives, amazing location 50 meters from the Blue run into the centre of La Tania....

This is great for almost ski-in/ ski-out and La Tania gives you amazing access to a huge ski area. The hotel itself has a new chef and the food standards are now very average. Stayed there on a catered basis ,xmas a basic breakfast (cooked options not good), a very basic afternoon tea and a 3 course dinner which looks...

We have just spent a week at the Telemark skiing. The staff were very friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed. This is not a 4 or 5 star. It does not have room service or minibars or TV in your rooms. It is a basic hotel. The rooms (and double beds) are small. The rooms lack bed side tables and...

Just had a meal in the Telemark and it was really disappointing. It's fine if you stay there but it is not a restaurant!! If you and pizza try the Marmatones, if you want a steak try the tiaga. It is designed for guests who stay on a full board basis. There are better places to eat in La Tania!!
