Stayed here as part of a business trip. Internet is provided free but you must very 12 hours go to reception to get a pass number which is annoying. Desk staff are below average with hospitality. Rooms clean. Food very poor and no value for money at all. In the middle of no where.

Visited on business along with my Collegue who was a westerner. The hotel is located about 35 minutes from the airport & in middle of nowhere specially for a foreigner like me for whom it offers nothing nearby whatsoever and without your own transportation one is virtually stuck in it. However Taxi's are available on call with assistance from hotel's...

We stayed for four nights on three separate occasions at this four-star hotel, which is situated near the Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque and only a short drive from the airport. The two rooms we stayed in during this time were newly refurbished and comfortable, with well-equipped bathrooms, and both had bottled water and tea/coffee-making equipment. The first room was rather...

A good place to stay if your looking for a bed and breakfast. However if you are an internet user ( who nowadays is not) Stay away from this Hotel. The wifi they provide really sucks. its of the poorest quality and you will experience continuous disconnections to add to the very very very poor speed. I called the reception...

I specifically asked for a non smoking room. I was given a "non smoking" room but it stank of cigarette smoke, I complained and they said they would move me to another room. The other room was in the lower level and I couldn't get mobile network, and the aircon was noisy! Didn't bother asking for another room move since...

We stayed in 3 different rooms, first room a smoking room but we were moved out for our second night, the best room was when we came back after a tour, upstairs with great view of the mosque. Breakfast buffet very nice as were the reception staff whenever we spoke to them for various requests - room changes, computer use,...

Stayed on two occasions coming in and on return, both times the rooms were clean, spacious and as previously reviewed by others food is average, pool is good, however nothing else around hotel except a decent Bar tucked around side, yet this is as good as it gets. Biggest let down here is the reception staff, I found them to...

We were a little disappointed, as on arrival we were told that they had messed up our booking and we had a twin room instead of a double. No apology was received and no effort to correct the mistake. However the room was clean and comfortable. The food was excellent and the restaurant staff very helpful. We did want to...

I spent one night on business in the Majan and it was okay. Food was average to say the least. Nothing really around hotel so you are kind of stuck of places to eat. They have a nice pool. The rooms are comfortable. The do have a bar. I would look for other hotels as it is in the middle...

A nothing special hotel, small clean room, apart from that everything is ordinary...the free pick up from hotel came one hour late, the break fast is very ordinary for a Middle East four star hotel, the restaurant is average since there is nothing close by you do not have much option ... The pool is great ...opt for the room...
