clean spacious rooms. wireless network connectivity was working well and easy to logon. rain shower had not enough pressure, but the hand shower did. the room was quiet and isolated. no noice from neighbours came through the walls. breakfast was diverse, enough tables for the guests. the cocktails in the bar downstairs were excellent. Mini bar in the room was not working.

Nice, spacious room, comfortable bed, Air Conditioning working perfectly and silently, cleaning could be better. Breakfast was tasty, but plates ran out, sausages ran out and waiting for restocking made the good impression fade away. All the staff was very friendly.

We liked everything except for the policy to request the payment upfront. We had to extend our stay and we had the feeling that there was a lack of trust towards the customer. We could have paid the remaining amount at the checkout.

The hotel lobby, room condition, facilities are well organized more than my expectation. I felt comfortable while staying at Diamante Alessandria. Besides, cinema & shopping facilities are located just next to the hotel. Staff are kind to treat guests as well. Thank you!

The rooms are very cold, the max of the airconditioner is 20 degrees that is not for normal people, when I asked the reception they told me that they can not put more degrees. I am paying to sleep in a warm room, now i can not even take a shower………….

Considering the four star rating the room interior appeared a bit tired and shabby, with traces of dust. The room was not at all soundproof. Cleaning in the bathroom was okay. We couldn’t turn of the light in the bathroom for the night. Sheets were clean but the pillows like bricks. Friendly staff.

The staff was extremely courteous and attentive. The room was spacious and clean with plenty of amenities. The breakfast was fully equipped and delicious. David from the restaurant went the extra mile to help us understand some train logistics that we were confused on. Would stay again!

Nice and clean rooms bathroom is big and nicely set, very good service and convenient access. My only regret is the poor quality of fruit juices served for breakfast, very close to perfection. Included in my roadbook for next journeys.
