From the outside this looks a lot like a standard US Motel, with outside access rooms with adjacent parking. While this isn't a 5 star hotel by any means, for what it is it far outstripped my expectations. * Spacious rooms with a couch and a nice work table with convenient power * Bathroom has a large spa/tub with shower...

What a great welcome to a hidden gem . On arrival we were made to feel very welcome. On entering this hotel you can see how well cared for this place is. The gardens exceptional with the smell of gardenias and fresh herbs used in the great Italian kitchen. Our room upstairs was clean , large and very comfortable. Massive...

My daughter and I spent one night here so she could attend an interview at Monash Uni. We arrived on a Sunday, which was bad timing as the bar and restaurant were unfortunately closed. We were welcomed by a delightful young man, who gave us plenty of information for other options though. It is a 20 minute walk to the...

Had a great stay, staff are very welcoming and beds are so comfortable! Spa is great after a big day, rooms are a good size and decent air con/heating. Main meal was a bit average (bit fatty/oily), but dessert was amazing! Would definitely recommend to fellow colleagues

Not quite qualifying as a boutique hotel, when it's just a normal motel. I moved from an other hotel, because of the gym and the pool. The gym was an empty room, I was told they would buy new equipment. Lets hope so. It was still really cold, so the outdoor pool was closed, but it was so small that...

I stayed for a few nights for a work trip and just had a great time - the staff go out of their way to help, the food (restaurant and room service) was outstanding and the rooms were clean. I have coeliac disease so I can't eat gluten, and their menu and staff were AMAZING with this. I could literally...

Warm, comfortable slept well, nice clean rooms. Just one maintenance issue which was mentioned to the receptionist who was happy to listen and noted down what needed to be attended too. Would definitely stay there again.

Recently I was required to make multiple short notice trips to Melbourne and this hotel was in the region I was staying. I found it to be safe, clean and welcoming. The staff are all respectful and courteous and nothing is too much trouble. I think of it as my home away from home now and am totally comfortable there....

Have stated here earlier and stayed 2 nights again this time. hotel with great features. Great size room, self contained. Breakfast/restau was closed this time for the long Easter break. A small bar/cafe/library behind the reception - with a gas fireplace. A laundromat on the premises - free for guests' use. Simple structure, well kept and well maintained.
