Very good quality food, wine and excellent service. The hotel is fantastic value. Good parking and a nice swimming pool included. The staff could not have been more friendly and I look forward to our next visit.

Had a wonderful stay at hotel archambeau. A wonderful location close to a number of tourists sites including Lascaux. Enjoyed a wonderful dinner outside at the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel for its location and atmosphere.

LIKED - the bedroom, the bed, the situation, quiet, pool, restaurant, friendly staff. Restaurant - so good we ate there both nights of our stay (and better value than restaurants in Sarlat). Little comment to owner - the extractor in the ensuite (room 104) needs replaced - just not really doing anything. We felt very welcome and would return again...

This is an excellent family run hotel with a good range of clean and well appointed rooms. The hotel rooms are in a group of buildings in the centre of the village but are very close to each other. The restaurant, has outdoor and indoor facilities and serves great food. The swimming pool is superb. The staff are all lovely...

Oh bliss! Easy to find, really friendly staff, very clean rooms, site, pool and play area. The food was amazing, the outdoor setting of the dining room was beautiful, although busy it didn't dint the enjoyment. The steak was perfect, the cheese board was immense. Thank you for a great break, hope you make it to Cardiff for the rugby.

I have just returned from 3 nights at Archambeau. I have eaten here many times over the years (& never been disappointed with the quality of the food or service) but this is the first time I have stayed. Booked a Superior room, which was of a very high standard of decor & fittings. The Hotel is run by a...

Booked the Hotel as a stopover before going to Le Paradis camp site that's just up the road! we found the owner and staff most obliging, the recently refurbished room excellent, and the food for our evening meal was of a very high standard and freshly cooked. We stayed in room 502 which was a superior room and was well...

Average 2* Logis hotel and restaurant. The lady who showed us our room was pleasant enough. We stayed in the older part of the hotel. There are various buildings belonging to the hotel in this small village. Our room was rather small, but clean and we had all we needed. The bed was comfortable. We ate in the restaurant. Parts...

“Our room was at the front of the hotel facing the road. You can hear the traffic in the morning but we didn't find this a problem as it was time to get up and the traffic was not heavy in any case. Rooms facing into the courtyard might be quieter and most of these have a private terrace.”
