Stop over for one night during a bike tour of the Langhe. It is convenient, clean and comfortable. A bit outside the city centre to just walk there. They were very kind and provided suitable accommodation for our bikes.

This hotel reminded me of the type of hotel you get on a package holiday not a city hotel. No fundamental problem there though. The biggest problem was the breakfast it was poor by any standard, but for a large hotel who have the luxury of being able to provide choice it was a very very poor. Can’t comment on evening meal as took a 20 min stroll into town and was not disappointed. Car park was adequate

Not worth it. Especially the breakfast was terrible. The scramble eggs; 1st day >9am no eggs. 2nd, 3rd, 4th day burned eggs. The dinner not to bad, although the salad bar; :( -raw tomatoes and green lettuce- no more or no less,,👎

What a gem this hotel is! Situated in a beautiful part of Italy, easy to park with the free safe underground parking. The receptionists made the experience. They were all absolute diamonds especially Beatrix, we spoke very little Italian but she went out of her way to help us with whatever we needed and always with a bubbly personality and a smile. The restraunt on site was good if not a little expensive compare to the other restraunts we used in the town. The rooms were lovely and modern. The bed was a little hard for our liking but thats down to preference and not necessarily a put down. If you are visiting the piedmonte region I recommend this hotel hands down. Very good value for money. You will be looked after.

This hotel offers extremely good value for money. All the staff were very polite and our room was clean, very comfortable, spacious, well planned and had all the basics we needed. We had no problem using wifi in the room. There is plenty of free parking unlike the centre of town which is only a 2 to 3 minute drive away. The breakfast was great with plenty to choose from and the restaurant served a decent meal in the evening. This hotel is only a short walk away from the popular spa Lago delle Sorgenti which is definitely worth a visit. I will come back to the lovely town of Acqui Terme and I will use this terrific hotel again which offers a great price and value for money!

After getting stuck in the snow we were cold and wet, but we were greeted by the wonderful Beatrice on the front desk (ask her about Game of Thrones), who could not have been more cheerful and helpful. She made us feel welcome and wanted, and helped us find somewhere to eat and somewhere to relax - nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast is a little basic, but the rooms are comfortable and spacious. We would come back here for sure. The location is about 2mins drive outside the centre of town, very easy to find - there is lots of free parking available too.

Very nice hotel, good service, nice rooms, not expensive. Food was very good inside the hotel, the spa offers possibility to relax. The only one bad point is the internet connexion, wifi devices connect only in the entrance, not in the rooms or with a very slow connexion.

Lovely hotel, just out of the city center, very good restaurant. Day menu well balanced. Nice size rooms, and very quiet, did not hear the other guests shower or the TV blazing, amazing. Breakfast is OK, all-tough after a week having the same options it isn't that appetizing anymore? Service was super. Wifi, not so good dodgy on most places, so don't expect for streaming or high data applications. Check-out and invoice is not good as they charge everything by stock eg. BAR, FOOD,... so wine at dinner was charged as bar, potential issue for business expenses.
